1. What We Offer

Synthesis Technologies provides downloadable software (Synthesis Radionics Pro), digital audio content (meditations, attunements), and one-on-one coaching, consulting, and energy-work sessions delivered live or recorded. Sessions and digital content are grounded in a spiritual and metaphysical framework — including radionics, prayer, hypnosis, and energy work — offered for educational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes.

2. Not Medical, Psychological, or Financial Advice

Nothing offered here constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. These services are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, therapist, counselor, financial advisor, or other qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services (911 in the United States) or a licensed provider immediately.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

All software, sessions, and digital content are provided as a service or product only. We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding any specific spiritual, emotional, financial, relational, or physical outcome. Individual experiences and results vary.

4. Voluntary Participation

By purchasing, you confirm you’re participating voluntarily, are at least 18 (or have guardian consent), and understand the experiential and spiritual nature of what’s offered.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email, typically within 24–72 hours. Live sessions are scheduled directly after payment. Recorded sessions are delivered by email once complete.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every purchase — software, digital content, live or recorded sessions, and invoiced consulting work — is payment for expertise, energy work, and professional time delivered, not a guaranteed result. Synthesis Technologies does not offer refunds once a session has been booked or a digital product’s download link or license key has been sent.

The one exception: if a digital file is genuinely defective or never arrives due to an error on our end, contact us and we’ll re-send it or fix the issue — this is a delivery guarantee, not a refund of the service itself.

Need to reschedule a live session? Contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll find a new time. Rescheduling is available with enough notice; refunds are not.

7. Payment & Tax

Software purchases are processed securely through Payhip. All other purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout where required. We do not store or have access to full card numbers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synthesis Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from any purchase or use of a product or service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
